Job Descriptions:
Assist with stage setup and breakdown for rehearsals, performances, and events
Help with loading and unloading equipment, props, and set pieces
Support lighting, sound, and rigging crews during tech rehearsals and shows
Maintain organization and cleanliness of backstage and storage areas
Follow all safety protocols and assist in enforcing them
Attend production meetings and assist with run-of-show duties as assigned
Perform stagehand tasks like moving set pieces, handling cables, and operating stage equipment
Learn how to troubleshoot basic technical issues under supervision
Requirements:
Interest in theater, film, live events, or technical production
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Availability for evenings, weekends, and long production days
Previous backstage or technical experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
