📌 Requirements:
* Min. D3/D4/S1
* Majors: Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Optoelectronics, Optical Communication, or related fields
* 3+ years of experience in optical module/device process engineering.
* Solid knowledge of telecom fundamentals; familiar with optical module manufacturing processes and workflows; skilled in programming and troubleshooting SMT, wire bonding, coupling, and testing equipment.
* Strong sense of responsibility, good judgment, and attention to detail.
* Good professional ethics, strong communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
Job Desc:
1. Handle daily production issues/defects; provide short-term fixes and long-term improvements; prepare reports for major issues.
2. Analyze in-process and finished product rejections; propose corrective actions.
3. Support NPI Engineers for new product&new process introduction; collect production data.
4. Lead mass production maintenance and implement validated new processes.
5. Drive process improvements and execute projects on the production line.
6. Ensure operators follow SOPs; provide technical support for rework.
7. Train operators to improve skills and ensure standard operations.
8. Set up and maintain equipment/programs for SMT, wire bonding, coupling, aging, assembly, testing, and packaging.
