What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to management
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
