We are HIRING Production Assistant (Retail Fashion)
Location: Indigo Kids Outlet, Sunset Road, Seminyak
Terms: Full Time - working from Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Production Planning: Assisting in coordinating the production calendar, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Managing Samples: Handling and organising production samples, ensuring they meet design specifications, and communicating any issues to the production team.
- Sourcing Materials & Products: Sourcing fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging, and other materials required for samples and production, as well as identifying potential products and suppliers for resale. Comparing options, pricing, quality, and lead times to support purchasing decisions.
- Tracking Inventory and Materials: Monitoring stock levels of fabrics, trims, and other materials needed for production.
- Administrative Support: Managing production-related documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records of production processes.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any production-related issues, delays, or discrepancies that arise during the process.
Requirements:
- Local (Indonesian) only.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position Administration and in garment or production fashion
- Able to operate Google Workspace and Microsoft Offices
- Able to understand Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to work full-time on-site at our office.
- Able to join immediately.
- Able to work independently and team-work.
