Deskripsi pekerjaan Production Assistant (Art & Props) PT Kanan Kiri Mediaworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scouting and surveying shooting locations according to the production concept/brief.
- Source, purchase, rent, and prepare the properties and items required for shooting.
- Coordinate on-site production needs, including equipment, and other technical requirements.
- Help set up the shooting area before production begins.
- Ensure all shooting needs are available, complete, and ready to use according to the direction of the production team.
- Support the production team during the loading, unloading, and handling of production goods.
- Respond quickly to last-minute or urgent needs during both pre-production and shooting days.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Creative Team, and other crew members regarding production needs.
Requirements
- Agile, responsive, and able to work quickly in the field.
- Accustomed to working under deadlines and within a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented in preparing production needs, properties, and shooting equipment.
- Able to work mobile and remain flexible according to production demands.
- Prior experience in production, theater, film, production houses, events, or similar creative environments is preferred.
- A basic understanding of the production workflow is a plus.
- High initiative and able to stay calm when handling urgent needs on set.
