PT. Yajo Teknologi Bahan Baru Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of building materials, including PVC wall panels, decorative boards, and other new construction materials. Our factory is located in Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten, and we serve both domestic and international markets.
印度尼西亚雅乔新材料科技有限公司是一家从事建筑材料生产的制造企业，产品包括PVC墙板、装饰板材及其他新型建筑材料。工厂位于万丹省唐格朗县Cikupa区，产品供应国内外市场。
▎ TANGGUNG JAWAB PEKERJAAN / JOB DESCRIPTION / 岗位职责
1. Assist the Production Manager in daily production planning and execution, ensure production targets are met on time.
协助生产经理进行日常生产计划与执行，确保按时完成生产目标。
2. Monitor production process on the factory floor, check product quality and dimensions according to specifications.
在车间监督生产流程，按规格检查产品质量和尺寸。
3. Record daily production data including output, raw material usage, machine operating hours, and worker attendance.
记录每日生产数据，包括产量、原材料用量、设备运行时长、工人出勤。
4. Coordinate with warehouse team for raw material preparation and finished goods storage.
与仓库团队协调原材料准备和成品入库。
5. Report production issues, machine breakdowns, and quality problems to the Production Manager promptly.
及时向生产经理汇报生产问题、设备故障和质量问题。
6. Assist in implementing 5S workplace organization and safety regulations on the production floor.
协助在生产车间推行5S现场管理和安全规范。
7. Prepare weekly and monthly production reports as required by management.
按管理层要求编制周度和月度生产报告。
8. Other tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Factory Director.
生产经理或厂长安排的其他工作。
▎ PERSYARATAN / REQUIREMENTS / 任职要求
1. Male, age 22-35 years old.
男性，年龄22-35岁。
2. Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
最低学历：高中（SMA/SMK）或大专（D3），机械、工业工程或相关专业优先。
3. Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/production environment, preferably in building materials, plastics, or wood processing industry.
至少1年制造业/生产环境工作经验，有建材、塑料或木材加工行业经验优先。
4. Able to read and understand production drawings and technical specifications.
能够阅读和理解生产图纸及技术规格。
5. Familiar with basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data recording and reporting.
熟悉基础Microsoft Office（Word、Excel），用于数据记录和报告。
6. Willing to work on-site at the factory in Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten, and able to work overtime when needed.
愿意在万丹省唐格朗县Cikupa工厂现场工作，需要时能加班。
7. Disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
纪律性强、有责任心、注重细节，能承受工作压力。
8. Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to speak basic Chinese (Mandarin) is a PLUS.
能使用印尼语沟通；会基础中文（普通话）者优先。
9. Physically healthy and not color blind (for quality inspection work).
身体健康，无色盲（质量检验工作需要）。
