Production and Site Supervisor
Location:
Production facility: Kutuh, Bukit, Bali
Site visits: various locations across Bali and Lombok
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate furniture and fitout projects from production to installation.
Visit customer sites to inspect, assess and determine materials and measurements for furniture and fitouts.
Continually perform thorough quality control checks, report and coordinate final fixes and finishes.
Communicate with expatriate clients and project stakeholders in basic/intermediate English when required.
Work closely with the production team to align technical requirements with project goals.
Lead and motivate workers at the production facility and on project sites to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain safety standards and enforce discipline on-site.
Provide guidance and technical support during production and fitout installation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Male, preferably over 40 years old, with strong professional presence and authority.
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in furniture and fitouts production quality control.
Hands-on approach with strong technical knowledge of furniture and fitout production processes.
First-hand experience in furniture-making.
Ability to communicate in sufficient English for expat client interaction.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to command respect and manage diverse teams.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to project deadlines.
Bonus: Ability to make basic updates in Sketchup and update internal spreadsheets.
