We’re Hiring: Production Manager (Plastic Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
- Manage overall factory operations to achieve production targets efficiently
- Enforce Quality Control (QC) standards to minimize product rejects and waste
- Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine downtime
- Lead, supervise, and enforce strict discipline among all production staff
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- MANDATORY: Strong technical skills in mechanical and troubleshooting
- Firm leadership, independent problem-solver, and highly disciplined
