🚀 Hiring: Product Support Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Support Specialist to ensure our products deliver the best experience for users.
You will work closely with Product & Engineering teams to support product quality, assist client onboarding, identify issues, and provide feedback to improve product performance.
Job Description:
• Provide training and system support for applications, websites, and other products developed by the company.
• Support client onboarding by preparing onboarding materials such as presentation decks, supporting documents, product guides, and other required tools.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and guide clients through product usage, features, and best practices.
• Assist clients in setting up chatbot solutions, including AI prompting configuration, chatbot flow setup, and preparation of training knowledge/data.
• Support clients in improving chatbot knowledge bases to ensure accurate and relevant responses.
• Ensure clients understand and successfully adopt the product through clear explanations and responsive support.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution support, issue tracking, and coordination with related teams.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Conduct product testing, identify bugs/issues, and provide clear reports and feedback.
• Analyze data/content to support product improvements and smooth system operation.
• Coordinate with clients regarding development updates, content requirements, and timelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in IT Project Ops, Product Support, Implementation, or related roles.
• Familiar with IT products, applications, SaaS platforms, and system workflows.
• Experience in client onboarding, product training, or product demo is a plus.
• Understanding of AI concepts, chatbot solutions, or AI prompting is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to create documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to bring your own laptop/device.
• Willing to work from office (West Jakarta).
