Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Support / Technical Support / Sales Engineering
- Experience in industrial equipment, safety devices, or autolube systems is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and technical analytical skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to conduct site visits / customer visits
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product usage and issues
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to resolve issues
- Conduct product training and technical presentations for customers and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and issue tracking
- Support the Sales team in technical discussions and customer requirements
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints and feedback
- Provide insights for product improvement and development
