Deskripsi pekerjaan Product Support Internship PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk ( Ultra Voucher )
Job Desc :
1. Coordinate with all business units to support new product development and improvement of existing products.
2. Work with the product development team on new product performance analysis.
3. Providing support, including procedural documentation BRD (Business Requirements Document) and relevant reports
4. Handle incoming requests from administrative customers, as well as their, end-users in a professional, prompt and thorough manner
5. Document support activities, customer issues, and resolutions for reference purposes.
6. Maintain documentation for all activities, including product development, improvement, engineering, and marketing.
7. Provide training related to product knowledge to staff and customers.
Other qualification needed:
1. Adequate experience in the world of technical support, desktop support, or customer relations.
2. Attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
3. Proficient interpersonal skills.
4. Good written and verbal communication.
5. Creative and innovative in terms of employee training strategy planning.
