Product Specialist (Consumable & Reagent)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Biology or Biotechnology
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, Sales Specialist, or Technical Support in the field of consumables and reagents (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to work with targets.
- Able to operate Ms. Office.
- Able to drive a car and Possess a Class A
- Willingness to travel for work, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential new products based on market needs, customer requirements in laboratory consumables and reagents
- Actively promote and sell products by identifying potential customers and conducting customer visits
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and live demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Provide technical and application support, including installation, user training, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
