Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead strategic development initiatives while managing end-to-end commodity projects. You will drive product adoption by educating internal and/or external teams, analyzing competitor trends, managing product lifecycles, and improving customer experience based on feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for commodity products;
• Leads and provides direction on technology product development and marketing processes for multiple large products Represent the company at commodity exchanges, trade fairs;
• Leads sessions on the design and development of product marketing strategies for multiple large products;
• Oversee commodity supply projects from sourcing to delivery (contracting, logistics, quality control, payment terms);
• Monitor, measure, and modify current processes to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs;
• Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies;
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms, sanctions, phytosanitary rules);
• Track KPIs: delivery timelines, cost, client satisfaction, and margin targets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commodities, Supply Chain, or related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in commodities trading, agribusiness, energy marketing, or metals/minerals sector;
• Proven project management experience;
• Strong understanding of trade finance documentation and logistics;
• Excellent English (written & spoken); other language is a plus;
• Willingness to travel to ports, farms, mines, or client sites as needed.
