Job Description
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Support product installations, user training, and clinical applications.
- Assist the Sales team with product knowledge and technical support during customer visits.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's medical devices and their applications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product-related solutions.
- Participate in product training, workshops, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Prepare product documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates (Class of 2026) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in:
- Electromedical Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Medical Physics
- Medical Engineering
- Passionate about medical devices and healthcare technology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
