About the role
This role involves developing and enhancing sales of medical devices in the government market, identifying and developing new business opportunities with government institutions, and building strong relationships with customers including government hospitals, health departments, and related agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance sales of medical devices in the government market
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with government institutions
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, particularly government hospitals, health departments, and related agencies
- Monitor government procurement processes, including tenders and relevant procurement procedures
- Conduct product presentations and provide solutions according to customer needs
- Negotiate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties to support sales achievement
- Prepare activity reports and sales pipeline reports regularly
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective sales processes through to order realization
About you
- Minimum D3 education in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device marketing/sales
- Direct experience in medical device sales preferred
- Experience or good understanding of government procurement processes
- Understanding of government market characteristics and procurement/tender processes valued
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Strong orientation towards sales targets and achievement
- Honest, responsible, with good integrity and work ethics
- Creative, innovative, proactive, with problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Willing to be placed in Makassar
