This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist – IT (Telecommunications) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product-related technical support, assisting in product development and positioning, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product expert for IT/telecommunication solutions offered by the company
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and pre-sales support
- Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to support product improvements and innovation
- Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and evaluate product performance and suggest optimizations
- Support post-sales implementation and ensure customer satisfaction with the delivered solution
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IT and telecommunications products, services, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in product lifecycle management or technical presales
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently
- Previous experience in cloud communications, SaaS, or telecom industry is a strong plus
- Proven ability to translate technical information into business value
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
