About the Role
This position supports the commercial and brand activities of the business by providing product and scientific information to professional accounts. The role will be involved in preparing educational materials, supporting customer engagement activities, and developing relationships with relevant professionals in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and educational sessions for professional audiences, including doctors, clinics, and other business partners.
- Support the planning and execution of RTDs, scientific events, product demonstrations, exhibitions, conferences, and other customer engagement activities.
- Translate product features and technical information into clear, relevant, and engaging communication materials that can be used by the Sales team and external audiences.
- Assist the Manager in developing product communication strategies and promotional tools that clearly communicate product benefits, positioning, differentiation, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain regular communication with relevant professional networks, including dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, KOLs, influencers, and other industry contacts.
- Contribute ideas and content for the brand's digital communication, including social media and website materials, in collaboration with the Creative and Social Media teams.
- Identify opportunities for external collaborations, partnerships, and other activities that can strengthen the brand's visibility and reach.
- Support the Sales team in account-related activities and product-related discussions as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Product Specialist or Medical Representative position, with experience in a skincare brand.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable and willing to travel for doctor and clinic visits.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry, particularly skincare, makeup, and related products.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content.
