- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.

- Drive sales growth and expand distribution coverage across the assigned area.

- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to maximize performance.

- Ensure effective execution of trade programs, promotions, and merchandising activities.

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance reviews.
