Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field
- Fresh graduate / minimum 1 year experience in similar position (F&B preferred)
- Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends
- Strong understanding of product development processes, formulation, food processing techniques
- Familiarity with administration, reporting, and documentation
- Understanding of raw material specifications
- Cooking skills
- Ability to calculate COGS/HPP
- Analytical Skills, Creative thinking and Attention to Detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Can join ASAP

In less than 2 years, Nasi Goreng Rempah Mafia branch out from one-40 square metres-small store to 33 Outlets in 17 Cities in just less than 2 years. Up until today, with our pure motivations to Bring Local Food to the Next Level, we proudly present you the authentic Indonesian foods with diversed variations: Warunk Upnormal, Bakso Boedjangan, and Sambal Karmila.
