Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and enhancement of our SMB product platform.
- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute a roadmap/business plan for the platform as part of the long-term vision.
- Identify market opportunities, define value propositions, and set measurable objectives.
- Drive initiatives to boost customer acquisition and retention through innovative and effective strategies.
- Work with designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful products.
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment with the product vision and roadmap.
- Align cross-functional teams on key proposals, including legal, marketing, product, operations, and market research.
- Foster strong relationships with partner stakeholders and handle conflict resolution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue generation through partnership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, economics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in technology, startup, or telecommunication sectors.
- Proven success in managing products through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience in market analysis, segmentation, and product positioning.
- Proven ability to build, negotiate, and manage external partnerships.
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
