Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or IoT industry.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in project management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear and detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Desc
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (Gatekeeper) to gather, validate, and manage requests, feedback, and feature requirements from users, business stakeholders, and operational teams.
- Create, prioritise, and manage the Product Backlog based on business value and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Lead and facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Review sessions with Engineering (Frontend, Backend, and QA) and UI/UX teams.
- Conduct and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure developed features meet the agreed requirements and specifications.
- Manage product or feature handover to users and prepare release notes for each release.
