We are seeking a talented and driven Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of the development of finance and accounting features within our Hospital Information Management System application. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of these critical components, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into clear product goals and features.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in finance and accounting software.
- Provide clear and detailed product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in finance and accounting software to ensure the Product remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on finance and accounting software development.
- Familiarity with software accounting systems such as Jurnal.id, Zahir, Odoo, MYOB, etc.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fully available for work on-site at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta.
