Users Acquisition & Retention Unit Product Owner Role
1. Take ownership on these product process:
- Users acquisition features
- Users retention features
- Message features
- Customer service features
- Users notification features
2. Providing vision, direction, and requirements to the development team
3. Manage ambiguity: understand complex business problems across business units, geographies and product lines to create hypotheses and translate this into analysis requirements and identify meaningful insights that help itemku improve our customer experience
4. Cross-Stakeholder management: Build strong relations with stakeholders (Marketing & Operation) to understand priorities, define the roadmap, and to collaborate on studies and actions to improve our customers' experience
5. Manage growth on some drivers metrics inside Users Unit.
The best candidate Would be:
1. Have a passion for continuously improving customer experience both acquisition and retention
2. Advanced in using analytics tools such as: AMPLITUDE (preferred). Or else like Mixpanel, Google Big Query, or similar
3. Have experience influencing and earning the trust of senior stakeholders and moving business/operation teams to take action
4. Have significant creativity and excellent business judgment
5. Have a strong sense of urgency and commitment
6. Be a problem solver who always thinks about what to do next
7. Understand the behavior or have experience in developing a product that used for children and/or young adult.
8. Wants to learn new things, risk taker, and like to experiments
Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience in Product Manager/Product Role in last 3~4 years
2. Have Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics, Would nice to have
