Job description for Product Operations Specialist at Epsilo
- "Datafication" of everything: Fostering the data-driven decision-making process: You collect, organizes, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data and enable the entire organization to make the most of its insights. Data can include everything from product utilization data, NPS, and product stickiness to customer feedback, feature requests, and support tickets.
- Cross-team communication: Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration around the product, and uses their product insights to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Product Enablement: Eliminating the friction in the product operation, make sure that the product is ready for all users and customers. Monitoring and supporting the product activation process, help shorten the onboarding and time to value.
- Project Management: Strengthening the project management by ensuring governance, conducting a risk analysis, and delayed reports.
- Product tech stack: Managing the product tech stack. Establishing internal best practices, and ensuring team members are using tools effectively.
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Product Operation, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
- Experience in taking data and turning it into insights, as well as analyzing information from multiple data sources and being able to identify what is the most impactful.
- Experience in project management related position
- Great communication - including written, verbal, and in-person presentations.
- Good at collecting information and presenting it in new ways.
- Don’t necessarily have to have a product management background, but should have a general understanding of what a product team does (and be able to learn the ins and outs of your product quickly).
- Need to be comfortable with ambiguity in general. Bias for action and able to structure something that’s ambiguous.
