🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Operational to monitor the end-to-end insurance claims process managed by external insurance brokers and vendors. This role will focus on claims monitoring, SLA tracking, broker/vendor coordination, and reporting to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
📝 Requirements:
▪️S1 from any relevant major
▪️ 3–4 years of experience in Operations
▪️ Exposure to insurance or claims processes experience is a plus, but not mandatory
▪️ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
▪️ Strong analytical and reporting skills
▪️ Good communication and coordination skills
▪️ Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple operational tasks
▪️ Good English Skill
