Deskripsi pekerjaan Product Operational Ecommerce PT QPLUS TRADE INDONESIA
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product life cycle management: Regularly analyze data such as the profit, turnover rate, and inventory turnover rate of existing products, classify them into regular sales, profit sales, and clearance sales, and formulate targeted operational strategies; track industry trends and competitor dynamics to provide data support for product iteration or elimination.
2. Product selection and strategy optimization: Organize product selection meetings with business departments to summarize new product market research, user feedback, and sales forecasts; dynamically adjust product pricing, promotion plans, and bundled sales strategies according to market demand and inventory status to ensure that product line sales and profit goals are achieved.
3. Cross-department coordination: coordinate with procurement, warehousing, customer service and other departments, synchronize the details of product strategy adjustments, ensure the efficient coordination of the supply chain; assist in organizing product information and selling points, support market promotion and live streaming product selection needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Hard requirements: Indonesian nationality, fluent in Indonesian, bachelor's degree or above, 25-45 years old, no gender restriction; more than 2 years of e-commerce product operation experience, resume should reflect product classification management, pricing strategy or product selection practical cases.
2. Core competencies: Ability to analyze data and think logically, proficient in using Excel or data analysis tools; familiar with Indonesian e-commerce market (such as Lazada, Shopee) product operation rules; good communication and coordination skills, can promote cross-departmental collaboration, strong ability to resist pressure, adapt to fast-paced work.
