- 3–4 years of work experience, preferably in operations.
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Economics, another quantitative or business-related field
- Insurance or claims experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive in following up and resolving issues within deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor insurance claims through vendor or broker portals to ensure compliance with SLA.
- Track claim status and identify reasons for rejected or delayed claims.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers to follow up on pending and problematic claims.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status, rejections, delays, and SLA performance.
- Monitor broker performance and report recurring issues.
- Support daily operational activities and process improvements.
