Overview: Product MKT manager is responsible for the entire Go To Market strategy for the segment, driving activities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. This role will be a key role to continue growing the consumer PC segment of the ASUS Systems Business.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
1. Market intelligence - be the expert on Consumer PC IT industry & consumer purchasing journey – and understand the competitive landscape
2. To work closely with the Country Product Manager and Head of Marketing to develop end to end of marketing strategies and to implement them :
- Develop Quarterly Go-To-Market Plan
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Coordinate with HQ to align corporate direction & local execution
- Work with vendors and partners for fundings allocation
- Work with agency & local teams to develop & execute MKT activities
3. To establish brand awareness in the market by defining product and brand positioning and perception
4. To identify the appropriate target market and develop key messages to drive ASUS brand value proposition
5. To identify suitable events (tradeshows, industry exhibitions, strategic alliance partner events and ASUS led events, webinars etc.) & partnerships to participate in to drive brand awareness and generate sales
6. To manage and coordinate local team to deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution: allocate project / campaign/ activities to team members & track KPI targets
- Understanding of IT industry
- Strong analytical and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
- Ability to influence and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders and build on positive relationships
- Able to work independently & under pressure
- Fluent English. Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
- At least 4 year experience as a Product Marketing / Marketing Manager or similar role
- Experience in marketing technology products / services
Tools knowledge required: Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel;
