Product Marketing Manager, Taiwan

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, to join our Regional Product Marketing team, to position, grow and market Glints towards being the preferred platform and service of employers/companies in Taiwan for talent recruitment.
You will be creating awareness, acquiring, retaining and increasing the LTV of target audiences and customers in Taiwan. Using your deep understanding of the Taiwan market and expertise in product marketing and lead generation, you will work closely with product, sales and marketing stakeholders, to lead and execute localised, full-funnel product marketing strategy and programs to drive market penetration for Glints TalentHunt services in Taiwan amongst employers seeking to recruit talents.
Implement demand generation quick wins, that includes managing, optimizing and hyper-localising existing regional/local marketing campaigns, and run low hanging fruit opportunities to yield qualified leads for sales conversions
Plan and execute on content marketing and thought-leadership campaigns, to drive brand awareness and generate leads through content & insights
Develop & implement demand generation strategy that is full-funnel and hyper-localised for the Taiwan market.
Enable Sales by developing leads database, sales pitch decks and playbook to drive sales opportunities and improved sales conversion rates for both inbound and outbound opportunities.
Manage day-to-day marketing operations that enables effective marketing performance reporting, budget controls and streamlines cross-functional collaborations
Play a key strategic role and contribute: You will be the first product marketing hire in TW for the commercial team, with the chance to lead and build up local product marketing strategy that directly impacts our business growth in Taiwan

3+ years of relevant working experience
Experience in omni-channel demand generation marketing for B2B or B2C business, with passion in data-driven marketing and enabling growth
Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational
Proven ability to flex, persist and be resourceful in challenging times, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
Enjoys problem solving and challenging the status quo
Is authentic, humble and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
Enjoys grinding and thinking out-of-the-box in a start-up/entrepreneurship environment
Experience in working with cross-geographical teams in Southeast Asia
High-level proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
