- Develop & implement omni-channel demand generation strategy, that includes developing and optimising a local full-funnel demand generation marketing strategy that will become an omnichannel (online+offline) engine that delivers inbound marketing qualified leads for the business. Implement growth hack campaigns to achieve targeted results
- Build brand awareness through driving thought-leadership by developing and executing campaigns and partnerships to extend reach of brand and solution to targeted audiences, leveraging on thought-leading content and spokesperson.
- Hack growth and penetration in new markets by developing and optimising a demand generation marketing strategy to support business expansion in areas beyond Greater Jakarta. Focusing on delivery high quality leads and testing out new promotions and messaging to increase conversion rates.
- Develop & implement demand generation strategy a full-funnel and omni-channel demand engine that is hyper-localized to the Indonesia market
- Nurture Leads and enable sales by developing leads database, sales pitch decks, promotional offers and collaborating with CRM marketing subject matter experts to improve conversion rates for both inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations to enable effective processes, accurate marketing performance tracking and reporting, and budget controls for operational excellence in the team.
- Play a key strategic role and contribute: You will be the key marketing role in Indonesia, leading a team. The key contributor to build up the local product marketing strategy that directly impacts our business growth in Indonesia

- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Experience in omni-channel demand generation marketing for B2B or B2C business, with passion in data-driven marketing and enabling growth
- Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational
- Proven ability to flex, persist and be resourceful in challenging times, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Enjoys problem-solving and challenging the status quo
- Is authentic, humble, and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support, and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
- Enjoys grinding and thinking out-of-the-box in a start-up/entrepreneurship environment
- Understanding of the Indonesia market
- High-level proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa and English, is an excellent communicator
