PRODUCT MARKETING (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Product Marketing professional who has a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to develop product marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for analyzing the market, developing product strategies, supporting sales activities, and building customer relationships.


Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmacist Professional Degree.
2. 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
3. Age between 24–35 years old.
4. Possess a valid Class A driver's license (SIM A) and willing to travel for business/customer visits.
5. Strong understanding of products, market, and pharmaceutical industry developments.
6. Proficient in understanding technical and product regulatory documents (such as COA, MSDS, AKL, AKD, e-catalogue, etc.).
7. Strong skills in market analysis and competitor analysis.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
9. Target-oriented, results-driven, and focused on business development.
10. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
12. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
13. Good English proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and execute pharmaceutical product marketing strategies aligned with company targets.
2. Conduct market research, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
3. Identify market opportunities and potential new customers.
4. Develop product positioning, product presentations, sales kits, and other marketing materials.
5. Provide product knowledge and product support to the Sales team and customers.
6. Support sales activities, customer visits, product presentations, seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
8. Monitor competitor pricing, products, and strategies.
9. Gather customer feedback for product evaluation and development.
10. Prepare marketing activity reports and provide recommendations based on market analysis results.
11. Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and related departments to support product development and business target achievements.
