Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product, Business, or Technology roles
• Experience in launching or managing new products is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and PaaS concepts (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Experience working with principals/vendors or technology partners
• Strong business acumen (pricing, revenue, go-to-market strategy)
• Experience supporting sales and driving early-stage product adoption
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end launch of the PaaS product, from planning to go-to-market execution
• Define product positioning, value proposition, and target market segments
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive initial adoption and growth
• Build and manage strong relationships with principal/vendor for product alignment and support
• Work closely with sales teams to build pipeline, support deals, and close early customers
• Develop pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial model
• Engage with developer and tech communities to drive awareness and adoption
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and customer engagements
• Gather early customer feedback and translate it into improvements and business insights
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and revenue growth
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure product readiness and service quality
• Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
