- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a similar role
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong user research skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in requirement gathering and prioritization (PRDs, user stories, backlog management)
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs
- Proven experience in managing product timelines and roadmaps, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, set clear milestones, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to execute product development plans efficiently (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
