Product Sales Manager
The Product Sales Manager is responsible for driving tire product sales, managing customer relationships, and providing suitable product solutions based on customer requirements. This role acts as the main bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, and smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tire products and applications
• Provide product consultation related to specifications, sizing, performance, and usage conditions
• Coordinate with factory and internal teams regarding orders, production schedules, delivery, and customer requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving product issues and claims effectively
• Monitor order progress from purchase order until delivery completion
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates
• Lead and support sales team performance and development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in tire, automotive, or related industries
• Good understanding of product specifications and customer applications
• Experience in handling customer accounts and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on sales achievement and customer satisfaction
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP / CRM systems
