Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Product Associate to join PT. Max Solusindo Jaya and contribute to the development and management of our product offerings. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet customer needs and align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful product development.
* Analyze customer feedback and data to guide product decisions.
* Support Product Manager in creating specifications, requirements, and user stories.
* Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* Monitor product performance and gather metrics for evaluation and improvement.
* Provide product knowledge and support to sales and customer service teams.
* Participate in user testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
* Stay informed about industry trends to inform product development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
* 1-3 years of experience in product management, development, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the finance industry.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Basic knowledge of software development and UX/UI principles.
