Product Manager

Scope of Work:

• Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders.

• Analyze and improve business processes through As-Is and To-Be process design.

• Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop implementation strategies, SOPs, and success criteria for projects.

• Monitor and evaluate project performance, trials, and implementation outcomes.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate project communications.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project execution.

• Prepare project reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Requirement

• Placement at Pulomas Office (Jakarta)

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field from a reputable university

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a related role

• Experience in the connected car industry is highly preferred

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall development environments

• Able to conduct proactive ideation and drive new initiatives for product and solution improvement

• Proven experience in product planning, backlog management, user story creation, and feature prioritization

• Able to gather business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and functional specifications

• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with business, engineering, and other related teams

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Basic SQL or data querying skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English

• Ready to join immediately.

• Willing to sign 6-12 months contract

• Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta
