- Drive product vision and priority based on user’s needs and opportunity

- Manage prioritization to deliver timely execution.

- Provide mentoring, coaching, and development feedback to the product team.

- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional team (development, marketing, business, and operation)

- Continuous improvement and iterations to support product growth

- Monitor product development and implementation and ensure timely progress

- Own and drive key business metrics across different products

- Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed

# Requirements

- Experience in leading a team

- Minimum 3 years as a product manager (preferably from a startup company)

- Knowledge of product management skills and development process

- Able to solve problems with a clear structure and analytical skills

- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and deliver results.

- Strong attention to detail with the hunger to ensure a seamless experience for users

- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments

- Proactive to making things happen and critical in ensuring progress

- Experience in user research or strategic marketing is a big plus.

- Customer-centric. Always be the voice and advocate of the customers.

- Data-driven, you can look at data visualization and are able to see and articulate what’s going on and the story behind the numbers.

- Able to think big (strategically) and execute small (tactically and detailed).
