Job Description :
- Translate user and business needs into clear, well-defined, and prioritized product requirements.
- Create and maintain product documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, QA, Business, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Support the product design process through discussions on user flows, wireframes, and prototype validation.
- Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including preparing UAT scenarios, coordinating with relevant teams, validating test results, and ensuring proper defect resolution.
- Monitor product performance using data analysis, experiments (A/B testing), and user feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on data insights and user behavior.
- Prepare product update presentations and reports for stakeholders and management.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar roles in a technology or digital product environment.
- Proven experience in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including test scenario preparation and defect tracking.
- Abilily to analyze product performance using data, user feedback, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
