Product Manager

This is a full-time Back End Developer role at Horego. As a Back-End Developer, you will be involves participating in the overall application life-cycle, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, and defining and communicating technical and design requirements. Responsibilities include building reusable code and libraries, optimizing the application for speed and scalability, and supporting services in production. The role also involves providing documentation, troubleshooting and debugging applications. This is a hybrid role, located in South Jakarta, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Information Systems
2. Minimum 2 years of related work experience
3. Experienced in B2B Digital Products
4. Broad knowledge in product management
5. Ability to solve complex problems effectively
6. Excellent communication skills
7. User-centered design thinking, data-driven opinions and feedback, attention to detail.
8. Proactive approach and high level of curiosity
