We're Hiring — In-House Producer
Location: Jakarta
Type: Full-Time
Guava.film is looking for an In-House Producer who can lead projects from brief to delivery. We're not looking for someone who only updates timelines and follows up on tasks. We're looking for a producer who can connect clients, creatives, artists, vendors, and production teams into one clear execution plan.
At Guava, projects range from commercials, branded content, music videos, films, animation, XR, and emerging AI-driven productions. Every project is different, which means adaptability, problem solving, and strong communication are essential.
What You'll Do :
- Lead projects from pre-production to final delivery
- Build production schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate internal creative and technical teams
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners
- Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
- Identify production risks and proactively solve problems
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and production trackers
- Support business development by preparing quotations, production plans, and project presentations when needed
What We're Looking For :
- 3+ years experience as Producer, Project Manager, Account Executive, Production Coordinator, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of commercial production workflows
- Experience working with creative teams and production crews
- Able to build schedules, budgets, and production plans independently
- Solution-oriented and calm under pressure
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools
Bonus Points If You Have :
- Experience in animation production
- Experience with post-production workflows
- Experience working with AI-assisted creative pipelines
- Understanding of VFX, CGI, virtual production, or XR workflows
- Experience managing large-scale commercial or film productions
