We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for developing enterprise product solutions for QSR, F&B chains, restaurant groups, and multi-outlet operations.
This role requires strong understanding of QSR business processes, ERP modules, outlet operations, POS integration, inventory, procurement, finance, reporting, and enterprise implementation needs. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, UI/UX, implementation, and customer success teams to translate complex operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and delivery for QSR enterprise products.
- Translate QSR and ERP business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Understand and document end-to-end QSR operational flows, including outlet operations, POS transactions, menu management, kitchen operations, inventory usage, production planning, procurement, settlement, and reporting.
- Define scalable product solutions that can support multi-outlet, multi-branch, and enterprise-level operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, integration readiness, and scalable implementation.
- Work with UI/UX teams to design intuitive product experiences for outlet users, back-office users, and head office users.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure test scenarios, UAT plans, regression scope, and acceptance criteria are properly defined.
- Support implementation and customer success teams during enterprise deployment, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze user feedback, operational issues, product metrics, and customer requests to identify product improvements.
- Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer value, urgency, technical effort, and scalability.
- Ensure product features are not only custom-built for one client, but reusable across multiple enterprise QSR customers.
- Manage product documentation, including PRD, business rules, process flows, configuration logic, and release notes.
- Identify risks, edge cases, and operational dependencies before product development begins.
- Support product strategy for QSR enterprise verticals and contribute to long-term roadmap planning.
Main Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
- Experience handling products for QSR, F&B chain, restaurant enterprise, retail chain, POS, ERP, or multi-outlet operations.

- Strong ability to communicate with business users, operations teams, finance teams, procurement teams, warehouse teams, IT teams, and engineering teams.
- Comfortable discussing technical topics such as API integration, system behavior, data flow, status lifecycle, and error handling.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to business process details.
- Able to manage priorities across business needs, customer requests, technical constraints, and delivery timeline.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development process.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience with POS to ERP integration.
- Experience building or implementing ERP, POS, inventory, procurement, or finance modules.
- Experience handling enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant products.
- Experience with production planning, BoM, recipe management, or kitchen inventory flow.
- Experience with payment, loyalty, delivery aggregator, or marketplace integration.
- Experience with operational dashboards and management reporting.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, AI agents, AGI, and automation trends.
- Able to identify practical AI use cases for QSR and ERP operations, such as demand forecasting, stock recommendation, production planning suggestion, waste anomaly detection, auto-generated reports, and operational assistant tools.
