Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product priorities.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.

• Gather customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Operations, Partner Development, Commercial, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Oversee product development from ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Support UAT and ensure product features meet business requirements and quality standards before release.

• Monitor product performance and analyse customer feedback, user behaviour, and product KPIs.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and drive data-driven improvements.

• Own product success metrics, including product adoption, user engagement, customer retention, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.

• Experience managing SaaS products, B2B platforms, web applications, mobile applications, or enterprise software.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, effectively delegate responsibilities, manage and develop team performance, and foster effective team collaboration.

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experienced in creating and managing product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Familiar with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

• Customer-focused and able to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, Travel Technology, Corporate Travel, Travel Management Systems, booking platforms, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of API integrations, travel booking workflows, approval systems, travel policies, or corporate travel processes is a plus.
