Deskripsi pekerjaan Product Manager JAKPAT
what will you do with us:
- Drive end-to-end Product Creation process from ideation to launching product including post-release observation both technical and business by leading the squad in collaboration with the tech leads.
- Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections needed to meet product goals
- Fully understand customer’s insight and business demands through interaction and data-driven in order to build strategies to drive solid use cases for new potential or enhance existing products to elevate the product performance
- Leads the ideation, research, and analysis of competitive landscape and customer & technologies trends to generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth and conversion.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into comprehensive product definition documents (user stories, product requirements, etc)
- Collaborates closely with the product development team and cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally to execute prioritised roadmap and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Having min. 2-3 years of working experience in Product Management or Management Consulting.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with aptitude towards solving complex problems
- Proven ability to develop the product, Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts, and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet deadlines
- Strong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results-oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviours
- Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile software development process
- Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- A strong drive to make things happen
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
