Requirment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-related role.
- Strong understanding of Product Management, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
- Experienced in gathering and analyzing business and user requirements.
- Experienced in creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product Requirements Documents (PRD), and Product Roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in fintech, banking, securities, investment, or capital market industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital financial products, mobile/web applications, APIs, and system integrations is a plus
