Product Manager
Job Descriptions :
- Conceptualize, design & Manage POSM (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment) by finding the most innovative & efficient solutions.
- Develop sales catalogues, POSM material visibility tools.
- Managing the BTL activations and offtake lead activities.
- Manage vendors for execution of all trade programs.
- Develop innovative sales support tools to increase sales team effectiveness.
- Support to develop and execute schemes, promotions, collateral, activations aimed at driving sell-in and sell-out.
- Mapping competition insights & market trends.
- Market working, observing consumer behaviour, merchandise display design.
- Marketing MIS and work as a reservoir of product & market information.
Requirement :
- Maximum 35 years old.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Product, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or related field.
- Have minimum 3 years experience it's must.
- Have a deep understanding on on beauty product and market trends.
- Excellent both in verbal and written Mandarin or English communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
