About the Role
Product Manager provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of building business software to solve Indonesian businesses problems. It’s a blend of analytical, technical, creative, and leadership roles in driving successful products or features from conception to completion.
You will contribute to researching, defining and driving the construction, as well as managing communication with engineering, marketing, finance, operations stakeholders and external contacts to ensure smooth delivery of the project. This role is suitable for you who seek and enjoy working in a lean yet highly capable team in a fast-paced startup environment.
We are looking for a Product Manager who has a holistic view of a business and market, not only great at communicating, but who is also capable of asking the right questions and understanding how to prioritize, as well as experiences in the product development process.
You will help us to:
- Translate product strategy into product plan, detailed requirements, and prototypes while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them.
- End-to-end ownership of a product line, identify market requirements and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and UI/UX teams to implement new features and enhancements.
- Conduct product demos for our clients - Present and discuss technology solutions with both internal team and client stakeholder.
- Able to independently do complex analysis, identify additional relevant data points and extract insight to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business or others related areas with minimum GPA of 3.70 out of 4.00
- Have a holistic view of a business and markets
- Passionate to learn core processes across different industries
- Has a remarkable journey in product development for minimal 1-2 years of experience is a plus
- Interested in building a product that people want and will solve real business problems
- Dependable and a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items
