Position Summary
This role will be responsible for managing the company’s products, including new product
development. Work with OEM manufacturers, suppliers, internal team, and warehouse to
ensure products are developed, stored, monitored, and distributed efficiently. This role is
ideal for someone with a Pharmacy or other related background who understands cosmetic
product development.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Coordinate with OEM manufacturer and suppliers for new product development
- Support sourcing and evaluation of product-related materials and components
- Oversee the project from sample approval, production, release, to
- post-market evaluation
- Monitor the project’s progress and ensure timely execution of each phase
Product Operations & Inventory Coordination
- Oversee product storage and inventory coordination
- Monitor product movement, stock availability, and shipment feasibility
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure smooth operational flow
- Review and approve preorder, sampling, and other product-related requests
- Ensure product specifications and records are properly maintained
Post-Market Monitoring
- Monitor product feedback, quality issues, and customer complaints
- Work with marketing and e-commerce team regarding product-related
- concerns and customer insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or other related field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; candidates with 1–2 years of experience in product development, product management, or other related role will be prioritized
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Understanding of new product development
- Understanding of product storage and inventory flow
- Interest in the beauty or wellness industry
- Preferably familiar in Indonesia’s cosmetic regulations
