Job Description
- Build innovative and best-of-class products that uniquely serve SME merchants.
- Influence and collaborate with other team in research for new core products to serve unmet needs, product enhancements and product redesign in a human centric design approach.
- Define product vision, success metrics, road map and growth opportunities in concert with customer needs and business model.
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale.
- Launch minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behaviour and experimentation, as well as being able to continuously iterate your product to enable more delightful customer experience.
- Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.
- Conduct A/B testing to find new optimum model to achieve OKRs
Job Requirement:
- Have at least +3 years of experience in FMCG, product management/as management consultant in complex/matrix environments.
- University degree in the field of computer science, engineering, information technology or another rigorous discipline. An advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach and ability to envision products that solve customers’ pain points.
- Data-driven to build a RIGHT product to solve the RIGHT problems for the users
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office to analyze data / data-driven decision making, documenting projects, and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of and proven track record in development of products and services in a technology-based environment.
- Excellent time management skills and abilities to multi-task and prioritize work
- Able to identify potential economic, customer/market trends, or clients/partners that may present a risk to the company, and understand risks of accepting.
