Leveraging AI, we want to make it easier for people to make lifestyle adjustments that can alter outcomes for people with weight problems or clinical conditions, such as diet advice, medication, or suggestions to increase physical activities. Our solution fits into the daily routine of members and allows them to continue what they are already doing on a regular basis.
Position Overview:
Sirka is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible to develop Sirka platform (mobile apps and web). This individual should have significant experience contributing to and managing high-scale production applications.
The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast paced start-up environment. As well as, the ability to self-manage and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Understands and can explain nuances of core business metrics and product metrics related to one's area of focus.
- Independently runs sound data analysis from the analytics tools and develops hypotheses based on data and reviews with leaders.
- Ability to integrate feedback from multiple sources, including from customers and leadership, and propose project scope and milestones.
- Provides grounding in business/ customer goals, and effectively prioritizes work based on goals. Negotiates with team and stakeholders for appropriate scope and to resolve critical product issues. Owns and works on key pieces of the roadmap.
- Build smooth, stable, and fun products to provide great user experiences
- Develop features from design through implementation and launch
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI and infrastructure practices
- Understands basics of web and mobile app software development.
- Proficient in use of documentation tools, issue management tools, design tools, and roadmap tools.
- Strong communication at delivery team level with occasional presentations to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience is desired, but not a must.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management
- Experienced in customer facing apps is a plus
- Experience working on consumer-facing products, background in commerce or community products would be a plus
- Experience working with agile projects and planning tools
- Analytical and data-informed. You know how to dig into data to understand nuances, and define & measure success on every project. SQL skills are essential to succeed in this role, but not a requirement for application.
- You’re a fast learner and are comfortable teaching yourself new skills to adapt and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment—not afraid of getting your hands dirty when you need to, with a strong passion for your customers, you are incessantly on the quest to find out what would serve them best
- You’re fluent in English and Indonesia and are a confident communicator
