Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the implementation of various systems, ensuring they align with product design. Test and validate system design in comparison to product specifications, ensuring effective communication of any system changes to all affected stakeholders.
2. Coordinate product launches, ensuring they occur at the optimal time of year based on market trends and demand.
3. Take responsibility for performance monitoring, proactively managing product profitability by analyzing and understanding key performance drivers and trends.
4. Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed on local and international industry trends. Review competitor financial results, product offerings, marketing materials, and processes to drive strategic insights.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms for collaboration with international teams. Proficiency in English will be considered a plus.
3. Actively track the latest market trends and anticipate changing customer needs by launching innovative products and services.
4. Preferred background in consumer credit/lending.
